After informing the user about the unavailability, the contract shall be considered as automatically rescinded for the article unavailable. The cost of the unavailable article will be deducted from the statement of account of the card user, and the contract will keep and produce their normal effects regarding other articles eventually ordered unless otherwise specified by the user.
